NOTE: Josef Aufrichtig was married twice. His first wife was Theresie [Resi] Karpeles on 25 May 1880 with whom he had a daughter, Louise, born 2 March 1881. Second wife was Charlotte [Schondl] Freud, whom he married to 13 May 1884. The first of their six children was also named Louise, born 17 December 1885.
